Bespoke service for a corporate retreat or event with a difference! Choose from a full or half day experience with a range of activities for up to 20 delegates. Options: Team building or mini boot camp, meditation and mindfulness, health talks, yoga. Please get in touch to discuss!

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your session for a full refund with 72 hours notice, and you can reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
